A playroom wall art print of a grinning green crocodile in an orange bucket hat, playing a drum kit with a red heart on the bass drum.
About the artwork
The crocodile sits behind the kit in the centre of the frame, both drumsticks raised mid-beat. It wears a black jacket over a cream top, and its tail curls out to the right beside the cymbal stand. The drums are black with cream heads, and the big bass drum carries a bold red heart. The scene sits on a peach panel with a wavy, scalloped yellow edge, set inside a border of pale blue and olive brown checks. It is hand-drawn digitally with a textured dry brush for a playful, storybook feel.
Why you'll love it
- Full of rhythm. Sticks in the air, the crocodile makes the whole wall feel lively.
- A heart at the centre. The red heart drum adds a sweet touch to a fun scene.
- Pattern on pattern. Scallops and checks make a bold, cheerful frame.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. 12" x 8" through 54" x 36", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 18" x 12" to 48" x 32".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 18" x 12" to 48" x 32".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it over a music corner, a toy drum or a low bench where little ones bang out their own beat. Black frames echo the drum kit and jacket. The pale blue checks and peach panel pair well with soft blue walls, while the red heart gives you an easy accent for a cushion.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is the checked border part of the print? Yes, the checked border and the scalloped peach panel are printed as part of the design.
Does it suit a music-themed room? Very much so. It works well alongside other musical animal prints in a playroom or nursery.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Matte canvas

Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
