A coffee wall art print: a single moka pot standing alone in cobalt ink, with coffee written above it and Love at first sip below.
About the artwork
What makes this drawing unusual is that it models the same object two ways at once. Some faces of the pot are filled with solid cobalt; others are built from loose diagonal hatching, and the two treatments sit side by side on the same body. The pot is drawn at a slight angle so both the spout and the handle are visible, and a small red oval label is stuck at its waist where the two halves screw together. The composition is deliberately empty — wide margins either side, type at the top and the foot, and the words first sip ringed by a hand-drawn red ellipse.
Why you'll love it
- One object, a lot of air. The empty margins are the composition.
- Two shading styles at once. Solid blocks against open hatching.
- A kitchen icon, not a slogan. The pot carries the print.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Open compositions want to be hung big, so go one size up from what the wall seems to ask for and let the margins breathe. A coffee station, a pantry wall or a galley kitchen all suit it. Natural oak keeps the cream ground warm; a white frame makes the empty space read as deliberate rather than accidental.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What does it say? coffee at the top and Love at first sip at the foot, with a small oval label reading Coffee.
Is anything else in the picture? No — the pot stands alone, with no cup, stove or saucer.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
