An educational nursery wall art print of twelve cat faces on a 3 x 4 grid, each cat a different bright colour and labelled with the feeling it shows.
About the artwork
Twelve cat faces fill a 3 x 4 grid, each one in its own colour, from turquoise and pink to yellow, orange, purple, red and grey. Under every face sits a capitalised label in a matching tone: "CALM", "HAPPY", "WORRIED", "EXCITED", "EMBARRASSED", "PROUD", "SILLY", "CONFUSED", "SAD", "SCARED", "ANGRY" and "TIRED". The cats are hand-drawn digitally with a light grain, on a plain peachy cream background.
Why you'll love it
- Twelve feelings. From proud to silly, it covers more moods than the usual chart.
- Colour-coded words. Each label matches its cat, linking word and face for early readers.
- Rainbow cheer. Bright cats on peachy cream bring energy to a play space.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Mount it beside a reading nook or play table where you chat about the ups and downs of the day. The multicolour cats suit rainbow or bright playrooms, and a white frame lets every shade stand out. For a fuller set, pair it with the puppy feelings chart from the same range.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
How many feelings are shown? Twelve: calm, happy, worried, excited, embarrassed, proud, silly, confused, sad, scared, angry and tired.
Is the background white? No, it is a plain peachy cream.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
