A Manhattan Bridge street view poster: a black and white photograph of the bridge framed by brick buildings, with a small Empire State Building seen through its arch.
About the artwork
A narrow cobbled street runs down the middle, with brick warehouses rising on each side. The bridge spans the gap ahead, and through its tower arch you can spot the Empire State Building, tiny in the distance. Small ONE WAY signs hang on both sides of the street. A fire escape climbs the building on the right, and cars line the curb. The frame within a frame creates layers that pull you deep into the scene.
Why you'll love it
- Layers to explore. There is always another detail to spot, from signs to fire escapes.
- Classic New York mood. Brick, cobblestones and steel feel timeless.
- Strong in a pair. It balances well with another bridge or skyline photo.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it in a living room above a leather sofa, or in a study with dark wood shelves. Espresso or black frames echo the brick and steel. Pair it with the bridge underside photo for a matched New York duo.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is there any text in the photo? Only small ONE WAY street signs on both sides.
Can you see the Empire State Building? Yes, it appears small in the distance through the bridge's arch.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
