A woodland nursery wall art print of a brown bear standing under a butter yellow umbrella, framed in a peach lace oval on a herb-sprig background.
About the artwork
The bear stands on two legs in soft watercolor browns with a mottled coat, a pale muzzle and a rosy cheek. It holds the umbrella's thin handle in one paw, and the canopy is a pale butter yellow scattered with white polka dots. The oval is a warm peach, lined in white and edged with a scalloped cream lace border. Outside it, a butter-cream ground repeats fine olive herb sprigs and small clusters of peach flowers. The layout leaves soft space above the umbrella and around the bear.
Why you'll love it
- A rainy-day story. A bear with an umbrella feels like a page from a picture book.
- Sunny but soft. Butter yellow and peach warm up a neutral room.
- Detailed frame. Lace trim and sprig pattern add charm up close.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it above a changing table or a bookshelf of picture books in a nursery with warm wood and cream or mustard accents. Natural and white frames suit the warm palette, and espresso picks up the bear. Pair it with the other herb-sprig wallpaper prints in this range, such as the dancing lamb, for a set that shares one background.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is the umbrella bright yellow? It is a soft butter yellow with white dots, not a strong lemon.
Is there a pattern around the oval? Yes, olive herb sprigs and small peach flowers on a butter-cream ground.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
