A safari nursery wall art print of a friendly baby giraffe standing tall, its cream coat dotted with sage and brown spots, on a warm cream ground.
About the artwork
The giraffe faces the viewer with round dark eyes, pink cheeks and a small smile on its taupe muzzle. Two knobbed horns and a little tuft of brown hair sit between its pink-lined ears, and a short brown mane runs down the back of its long neck. Rounded spots in sage green and warm tan are scattered over its body and legs, and its hooves and tail tuft are brown. A thin brown line traces every edge, giving it a neat storybook look. The background is a plain cream with a faint paper grain, and the figure fills a little over half the height.
Why you'll love it
- Friendly face. A shy smile and rosy cheeks make it instantly lovable.
- Unexpected sage spots. Green mixed with tan keeps the classic giraffe fresh.
- Clean and simple. One figure on plain cream reads clearly from across the room.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Place it above a crib, beside a tall plant or over a low bookcase where its long neck can lead the eye up. Sage, oatmeal and tan textiles tie in with the spots. White and natural frames both work. Pair it with the counting design in this range that shows the same giraffe above a row of numbers.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Are there numbers on this one? No. This version shows only the giraffe; a separate design in the range adds a row of numbers.
Is it good for a shared room? Yes, its neutral palette suits any child, and it sits easily beside the other safari animals.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
