A vintage ace of clubs card poster in pale grey and black: a close scan of an old playing card with one large club, an A in each corner and small maker lettering.
About the artwork
The card fills the whole frame, edge to edge, so the rounded corners become part of the border. The club sits dead center, solid and heavy against the soft paper. Fine creases and light scratches cross the surface, and a mark from old tape clings to the top edge. Above the lettering, a tiny emblem adds a crafted, old-world touch. Nothing else competes, which keeps the piece calm and minimal.
Why you'll love it
- Vintage charm, modern lines. An old card reads as clean graphic art on the wall.
- Perfect for game rooms. It suits a card table corner, a bar or a den.
- Soft and easy to blend. Pale grey paper sits gently on white, beige or dark walls.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it above a bar cart, a game table or a reading chair in a den. Natural wood or espresso frames suit the aged paper, and black adds a crisp edge. A twin version has the center lettering removed for a plainer card.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What text is on the card? An A in each corner, plus a brand-style maker name with the words PARIS and MADE IN FRANCE under a small emblem.
Is the wear part of the image? Yes, the creases and scratches are in the image; the surface you receive is smooth and new.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
