An abstract botanical wall art print of a single leafy sprig drawn in fine cream-white lines on a warm terracotta ground.
About the artwork
A slender stem curves up from the bottom center and branches into about fourteen pointed oval leaves, some reaching out to the right, some folding in on the left, and a small pair tucked near the top. Every leaf is outlined in one thin white line with side veins drawn inside, so the shapes stay open and airy. Nothing is filled in. The terracotta behind it is covered edge to edge and softly mottled like a watercolor wash, with a faintly lighter patch at the center.
Why you'll love it
- Botanical, not busy. One sprig and plenty of space.
- Warm terracotta ground. A rich color that still reads as neutral.
- Delicate line work. Fine veins reward a closer look.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
This print shines in a kitchen, a bathroom or a bedroom with cream and rust textiles. It pairs with trailing plants, clay and rattan. An espresso or natural frame suits the earthy ground; white gives more contrast. Hang it beside a matching sprig print in black line on beige for a pair.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What plant is it? It is a generic leafy sprig with veined oval leaves, not a specific species.
Is the background solid? Yes, terracotta fills the whole sheet with a soft watercolor-style mottle.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
