A kitchen wall art print built up in layers: a washed pink ground, a flat pink panel over it, an orange grid, and a plate of halved eggs drawn on top.
About the artwork
Each layer is made differently, and you can see all of them. The ground is a watercolour wash with the paper grain showing through. Over it sits a flat pale pink square. The grid is drawn across that in a coarse orange line that does not run straight. The plate and eggs are drawn last, in deep green outline with turmeric yolks and ivory whites filled inside. There are six egg halves and they are not evenly placed: four sit within the plate, and one breaks past its lower rim entirely. Every yolk is a slightly different shape — some round, some pushed out of true.
Why you'll love it
- Four layers, all visible. Wash, flat panel, hand-ruled grid, then the drawing.
- Six halves, unevenly set. One of them breaks out past the rim of the plate.
- No two yolks alike. Each is drawn a different shape.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Pink and orange with green line is a confident pairing that suits a kitchen willing to have some colour in it — over a breakfast table, beside a pantry, in a flat where the walls are white. It pairs with the green tray Breakfast Club print, which shares the words. White frames keep it clean.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What does it say? THE Breakfast Club, on three lines across the upper third.
How many eggs are there? Six halves — four inside the plate and one spilling past its lower rim.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.

Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.

Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.

Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
