This San Francisco flower market wall art print looks down a sunny hillside street toward a bridge on the bay. It is a stylized, imaginative take on San Francisco — an artistic interpretation inspired by the city, not a literal view of its streets or skyline.
About the artwork
A digital watercolor-style illustration with clean water edges and plenty of bright white paper left showing. The view drops down a steep street lined with pastel, multi-story houses and palms toward a two-tower suspension bridge painted in blue-violet. Bright orange and yellow blooms crowd the foreground under a pale blue sky. "FLOWER MARKET" sits on top in orange-gold serif capitals, with "San Francisco" handwritten in sky blue below.
Why you'll love it
- Hilltop view. The downhill perspective plays up the city's steep, rolling streets.
- Sunny palette. Orange, gold and blue keep it warm and upbeat.
- Airy brushwork. Open white space makes the print feel light on the wall.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Great for a living room, entryway or bright kitchen. It pairs with white walls, warm wood and orange or blue accents. A fun gift for a Bay Area transplant, a recent visitor or a new homeowner.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this an exact view of San Francisco? No. It is a stylized, imaginative interpretation of San Francisco. You see a steep street of pastel houses, palms, orange flowers and a suspension bridge on the bay, arranged as an artistic scene.
What text is printed on it? It reads "FLOWER MARKET" at the top, then "CITIES & FLOWERS COLLECTION" and "NO.043" beneath the artwork, with "San Francisco" handwritten in script at the bottom.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.
Paper weight, inks, frame details and care are all in our Material Guide.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
