A press for champagne poster in black and white: an ornate oval plaque with a single bell button and the words PRESS FOR CHAMPAGNE, on a plain white ground.
About the artwork
The plaque sits in the center, framed by a symmetrical border of curling metal scrollwork in a baroque spirit. Inside, a smooth white stone face holds the words in clean capital letters, split above and below the button. The bell button sits right in the middle, round and slightly raised, with a soft shadow beneath. The fussy frame and the plain lettering make a funny contrast, as if a grand hotel had installed a very specific service bell. Lots of white space around it keeps the joke crisp.
Why you'll love it
- A joke your guests will get. It earns a smile at a bar cart or in an entertaining space.
- Bold without color. Silver-grey and white keep it light next to bottles and glassware.
- A natural gift. A good pick for a housewarming, a birthday or a new bar setup.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it above a home bar, beside the wine fridge, or near the dining room sideboard. A white frame keeps the plaque floating, and an espresso frame adds a classic lounge feel. It pairs nicely with the champagne toast designs for an entertaining wall.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What does the text say? PRESS FOR / CHAMPAGNE, in capital letters above and below the bell button.
Is the button real? No, the button is part of the printed image; the print surface is flat.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
