A vehicle nursery wall art print of a pelican in a dusty pink cap driving a beige vintage off-road truck, with two surfboards on the roof.
About the artwork
The truck faces right in the centre of the sheet, painted in a soft beige with brown trim and dark, chunky tyres. A little wave mark is drawn on its side. The pelican sits at the wheel in a sailor-style peaked cap of dusty pink. Up top, one board is a warm terracotta and the other a blue-grey. Behind it, a powder pink background is brushed with uneven vertical stripes in deeper dusty pink, finished with a soft grain for a gentle, vintage surf look.
Why you'll love it
- Pretty in pink. Soft pink stripes give a surf theme a sweet, gentle twist.
- Wide and easy. The horizontal scene fills the space over a cot or dresser beautifully.
- Twin-ready. The same pelican also drives a blue truck on sandy stripes, ideal for siblings.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. 12" x 8" through 54" x 36", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 18" x 12" to 48" x 32".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 18" x 12" to 48" x 32".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Try it over a white cot or a pale wood dresser in a soft pink nursery. Natural or white frames keep the look light. Pick up the terracotta surfboard with a rust cushion or basket, and hang the blue version nearby for a matching pair.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
How is this different from the blue version? This one has a pink-striped background, a beige truck and a dusty pink cap; the other has blue-grey stripes and a slate blue truck.
Are there any words on the print? No. It is a purely illustrated scene with no text.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
