A bakery wall art print: a tall teapot and two croissants on a scalloped tray, drawn in thick black line with flat yellow, under Mon PETIT DÉJEUNER in red brush type.
About the artwork
The red lettering takes the top third of the sheet, which is unusual — most of the collection puts the drawing first. Below it the still life is inked in heavy black with short diagonal strokes for the layers of the pastry, and a turmeric fill sits under the body of the teapot and the inside of the croissants, running off the line the way a misregistered screen does. The teapot is tall with a long spout, a twisted handle and a red knob on the lid; beside it a small porcelain cup has a spoon laid across it; the two croissants rest on an oval tray with a wavy edge.
Why you'll love it
- Type first, drawing second. It reads like a café sign.
- Four inks. Black, turmeric, vermilion and the red lid knob.
- Breakfast, properly French. A teapot rather than a to-go cup.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Because the type sits at the top, this print holds up well hung high — above a door frame, over a coffee station, or in the gap between cabinets and ceiling where a bottom-weighted print would disappear. Natural wood keeps the turmeric warm; black frames make the lettering the loudest thing in the room.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.

Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
