This Leiper's Fork, Tennessee watercolor print shows a weathered tobacco barn on a hilltop above horse pastures, with the small village down the road. It is an artistic, watercolor-style interpretation of the countryside, not an exact view.
About the artwork
Clear green and yellow washes cover the pastures, fine ink traces the barn boards, fences and clapboard, and the rusty tin roof blooms in orange and brown. Pasture green, barn-board grey and buttercup yellow lead the palette, with rust orange and violet hills as accents. From a country lane, the grey barn stands on the hill at right, horses and round hay bales dot the field, and the road curves into the village of Leiper's Fork, with a few wooden shops and a white steepled church on the left. A stone wall and wildflowers fill the foreground in late spring. "LEIPER’S FORK" is set in spaced navy capitals across the top.
Why you'll love it
- Weathered tobacco barn. Grey boards and a rusty tin roof crown the hilltop.
- Horses and hay bales. Two horses graze beside round bales, and a rider waits by the white fence.
- Flag on the porch. An American flag hangs from a wooden shop porch along the lane.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.

Styling it at home
Soft greens and weathered greys suit a farmhouse kitchen, a mudroom or a cozy bedroom. It is a thoughtful gift for a friend who escapes Nashville for quiet weekends in the Tennessee countryside.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this an exact view of Leiper's Fork, Tennessee? No. It is an artistic interpretation of Leiper's Fork and the hills around it rather than an exact view.
What text is printed on it? Only the name "LEIPER’S FORK," set in spaced navy capitals across the top. There is no other lettering on the print.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.
