This Jackson Hole watercolor print shows an old wooden barn beneath the snow-covered Teton Range, with the sharp peak of Grand Teton at the center. It is an artistic, watercolor-style interpretation of Jackson Hole, not an exact view of the city.
About the artwork
Broad areas of snow are left as white paper with pale blue and violet shadows, and the sagebrush is washed in purple-brown. The mountains are drawn with fine ink and cool blue patches, with long brown and violet drips at the lower left and blue and violet splatter around the edges. The palette is snow white, icy blue and lilac shadow, with weathered barn wood, brown bison and a skier's red jacket as accents. The barn sits low on the left in the middle ground behind a wooden fence, and the Teton Range stretches across the back. A snowy sagebrush flat with ski tracks leading to the barn fills the foreground in deep winter. "JACKSON HOLE" is set in spaced navy capitals across the top.
Why you'll love it
- Winter wildlife. A herd of bison and a lone pronghorn stand out against the snow.
- Cross-country skier. A skier in a red jacket glides across the open flat.
- Cool winter palette. Icy blues and lilac shadows give the scene a calm, quiet mood.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Its whites, blues and lilacs feel calm in a bedroom, a ski cabin or a minimalist living room. It's a meaningful gift for a skier, a national park lover or a family that spends winters in Wyoming.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this an exact view of Jackson Hole? No. It is an artistic interpretation of the valley below the Tetons. The barn is a general old barn rather than a specific building, and details are simplified.
What text is printed on it? Only the city name, "JACKSON HOLE," set in spaced navy capitals across the top. There is no other lettering on the print.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
