An Italian kitchen wall art print set like a long dinner table: a bottle, ravioli, olives, a lobster and a paella pan doodled in bright marker lines, all wrapped in a teal gingham border under the words Italian Dinner.
About the artwork
Each item is drawn in loose hand-drawn marker line, one color per object, in green, red, yellow, olive, navy, orange and brick red. A bold navy script title sits across the top. Below it, a bottle, a glass and a plate of ravioli fill the upper row, olives and an oil cruet sit in the middle, and a lobster and paella pan close the bottom. The pinkish cream center is framed by a teal and cream check drawn in crosshatched strokes, like a tablecloth edge.
Why you'll love it
- A tablecloth frame. The teal gingham border is drawn by hand in crosshatched lines, so it feels like the edge of a picnic cloth.
- Oysters on the side. A couple of oysters sit at the left next to the olive plate, a small detail that rewards a closer look.
- A title that sets the mood. The navy script heading turns a doodle into a dinner invitation.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Put it in the dining room where the table gets set for long weekend meals, or beside a pantry shelf of olive oil and pasta. The teal border pairs well with green kitchen cabinets or a checked tablecloth, and a slim white or natural wood frame keeps the gingham the hero (poster sold unframed).
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What does it say? Italian Dinner, in navy script across the top.
Is that paella at the bottom? Yes, the pan beside the lobster is a paella pan, so the table mixes in a little Mediterranean seafood alongside the ravioli and olives.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.
Paper weight, inks, frame details and care are all in our Material Guide.

Damage, defects & care
Every piece is printed for you after you order, so we cannot take a print back for a change of mind — please check the size and material first. Our Size Guide shows every size drawn to scale.
If it arrives damaged, misprinted or simply wrong, email us within 14 days with photos of the piece and the packaging. We reprint and reship it free, and there is nothing to send back.
Keep artwork out of direct sunlight. Dust paper prints with a clean, dry cloth; wipe canvas and framed canvas gently with a clean, damp cloth. Handle paper prints by the edges until they are framed. More care tips are in our Material Guide.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
