A woodland nursery wall art print of an old-fashioned teddy bear in a party hat and ruffled clown collar, with a toy drum hanging at its middle.
About the artwork
The bear is shown from the waist up, painted in soft brown with a gentle, slightly serious face turned to the right. A striped cream and grey cone hat sits on its head, tied under the chin with a thin string bow. A wide cream ruffle circles its neck, and a strap holds a small drum patterned with sage and cream triangles. The bear sits in a greige scalloped oval with plenty of empty space around it. The background has tall vertical stems of olive leaves and tiny berry-like flowers in brick red, mustard and grey-blue, with slightly blurred, block-printed edges like old-fashioned wallpaper.
Why you'll love it
- Classic toy charm. A teddy with a drum feels like a treasured keepsake.
- Quiet, muted colors. Brown, greige and sage keep the mood calm.
- Wallpaper backdrop. Slender floral stripes add height to the frame.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it in a nursery or playroom above a dresser or a shelf of wooden toys, with cream and sage textiles. Natural and white frames keep the soft palette light, while espresso matches the bear. It pairs naturally with the matching wildflower stripe wallpaper print in this range, which uses the same background on its own.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is the drum pattern colorful? It is muted, with sage and cream triangles that match the rest of the palette.
Is the whole bear shown? The bear is shown from the waist up, holding the drum in front.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.

Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
