This Delray Beach watercolor print shows the public beach from a sandy dune path, with a pale aqua lifeguard tower, tall coconut palms and two Hobie catamarans pulled up on the sand. It is a watercolor-style interpretation of this Florida shore, not an exact view.
About the artwork
Turquoise water deepens toward the horizon, and white wave crests are left as bare paper. Thin ink lines pick out the lifeguard tower and the rope posts along the path, while sea grape leaves are dotted in green and orange. Low pastel hotels and shops line the A1A beachfront behind the palms at the left. The palette is ocean blue, palm green and sand beige, lifted by coral red and turquoise sails, on a warm spring day with long blue and yellow drips at the edges. "DELRAY BEACH" is set in spaced navy capitals across the top.
Why you'll love it
- Striped catamaran sails. Two Hobie catamarans with red-and-white and green-and-blue sails add bright color on the right.
- Lifeguard on duty. A lifeguard in red stands on the railed tower beside a green flag.
- Dune path foreground. A rope-lined sandy path through sea grape and grasses leads your eye down to the beach.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Its blues, greens and sandy beige work well in a bright living room, a coastal bedroom or a sunroom with white or natural wood furniture. Give it to someone who winters in South Florida or spent a sunny spring week on the Delray shore.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is this an exact view of Delray Beach? No. It is an artistic interpretation of Delray Beach in a loose watercolor style. The palms, tower and beachfront buildings are arranged for the composition rather than mapped exactly.
What text is printed on it? Only the name "DELRAY BEACH," set in spaced navy capitals across the top. There is no other lettering on the print.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
