An abstract botanical wall art print of two slender leafy stems in charcoal, crossed over a soft taupe shape, with a single rust pebble at their feet.
About the artwork
Both stems start from the same point near the bottom edge, run up together on long thin stalks, then cross gently and part, one leaning left and one reaching higher to the right. Their narrow pointed leaves are solid charcoal silhouettes. Behind them sits a large rounded taupe blob, slightly irregular, filling the centre of the sheet. In the lower left a small rust-coloured pebble shape adds the only warm accent. The ground is a pale blush cream with light paper texture, and there is no text.
Why you'll love it
- Botanical but abstract. Suggests a plant without naming a species.
- Grounded palette. Charcoal, taupe and rust suit calm, earthy rooms.
- Bathroom friendly. Neutral enough for tile, wood or plaster walls.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
The tall stems suit a vertical spot: a bathroom wall, a narrow entry or beside a window. Pair it with stoneware, linen towels, a trailing plant and pale wood. Black frames echo the leaves; natural oak warms the taupe. It also works beside a leaf-and-vase print in the same range.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What plant is it? It is not a specific plant — just slender leafy stems drawn as silhouettes.
What is the round shape behind the leaves? A soft taupe abstract form, with a smaller rust pebble shape in the lower left.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
