This watercolor chili pepper varieties print gathers about two dozen hand-painted peppers into a botanical-style chart, with their names listed below.
About the artwork
The peppers are painted in realistic watercolor with soft blooms and visible paper grain, in bright red, deep and light green, yellow and orange. They are scattered across the top three quarters of a cream ground. A fine serif title and a small caps list of pepper names sit underneath in black.
Why you'll love it
- A spicy lineup. The list runs from mild Poblano and Jalapeno through Serrano and Habanero up to Ghost pepper.
- A slim red trio. Three thin red chilies cluster together in the lower right corner.
- A wrinkled habanero. A crinkled red habanero sits at the bottom center, full of texture.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
It brings heat to a kitchen with white tile, butcher block or green cabinets, where the reds and greens can echo produce on the counter. A thin black or natural wood frame suits it well. It also fits a taqueria, hot sauce bar or a cook who loves growing peppers.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What does it say? "CHILLI PEPERS" as the title, then: "Poblano · Jalapeno · Fresno · Serrano · Birds eye· ScotchBonnet · Habanero · Ghost pepper". The spellings are printed just as the artist wrote them.
How is it different from the bold outline chili chart? This one is soft, realistic watercolor on cream; the other uses thick black outlines and flat colors on a kraft-style ground.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.
Paper weight, inks, frame details and care are all in our Material Guide.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick 200 gsm archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
