A line art wall art print of just a handful of charcoal strokes on aged beige paper — a figure-eight loop, a broken 7-like line and two sharp angles.
About the artwork
Near the top left are two short, heavy marks that look almost like eyebrows. Below them a bent line zigzags down, and to the right a large loop crosses itself in a figure eight. Two open angles, like sideways V shapes, sit one above the other at the bottom. Much of the sheet is left empty. The paper has the look of old, lightly smudged stock with a soft vertical crease, and it is set inside a wide printed white border.
Why you'll love it
- As minimal as it gets. A few lines and a lot of quiet space.
- Suggests without telling. Some see a face or figure; others see pure line.
- Aged paper warmth. The beige tone softens a white wall.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
A good fit for a reading nook, a bedroom or a small wall beside a window. It suits linen, raw wood, ceramics and dried stems. A white or natural frame keeps it delicate; black gives the lines more weight. Pair it with the gray ink smoke column from the range for a soft, quiet set.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Are the strokes letters or numbers? No — they are loose abstract marks; the loop only resembles an 8.
Is the paper stain part of the print? Yes, the aged beige tone, smudges and crease are printed; the paper you receive is new.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
