An abstract botanical wall art print of wildflower stems in solid black silhouette, rising from a single root on a soft cream ground with a French title set above them.
About the artwork
Several thin stems branch from one point at the bottom centre and open upward through about two thirds of the sheet. They carry small three-part leaves and round, tufted flower heads, every shape filled flat black with no outline or shading. One longer stem breaks away on the left and ends in a star-like bloom near the top. Above the plant the words "MAISON" and "BOHÉME" sit in black italic serif capitals, the second line much larger. Wide bands of empty cream run down both sides.
Why you'll love it
- Pressed-flower feel. The flat silhouettes read like a specimen laid on paper.
- Only two colours. Black and warm cream sit easily with almost any palette.
- A touch of type. The short French title adds a classic poster note without clutter.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
The tall, narrow stems suit a slim wall beside a doorway, a bathroom or the space above a bedside table. Pair it with linen, pale stone and dried stems in a clear vase. A black frame echoes the silhouette; natural wood keeps it soft. It also sits well next to the black willow leaf pattern print in the same range for a black-and-cream pair.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What does the text say? "MAISON" on the first line and "BOHÉME" on the second, in black italic serif capitals.
What flower is it? A generic wildflower with round tufted heads and three-part leaves; it is not labelled as a particular species.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
