A minimalist geometric wall art print that alternates solid black half circles with half circles drawn in fine concentric rings, all curving to the right on soft cream.
About the artwork
The design is laid out as a staggered two-by-two grid. Top left is a half circle made of about sixteen thin rings around a tiny center dot; beside it, top right, is a solid black half circle. The pattern swaps below — a solid black half circle at the bottom left and a second set of rings at the bottom right. Every shape has its flat side on the left and bulges to the right. The checkerboard of solid and outline gives it a steady rhythm.
Why you'll love it
- Solid meets line. Two treatments of one shape keep it interesting.
- Clear rhythm. A checkerboard layout that feels ordered and calm.
- Works in a set. Easy to pair with other black-and-cream geometric prints.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
The alternating pattern suits a modern living room, a study or an entry, and looks sharp over a desk with a black task lamp. Pair it with pale oak, concrete and white ceramics. Choose a black frame for contrast or natural wood for warmth. It makes a strong pair with the mirrored line arches and black circle print.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Is there any text on it? No, only shapes and lines.
Are the rings evenly spaced? Yes — the thin rings are evenly spaced, with a small dot at the center of each set.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
