A mid century wall art print of four stacked bowls in rust, tan and blush, each one cut with cream stripes that switch direction from bowl to bowl.
About the artwork
The smallest bowl, a deep rust red, sits on top; the stack grows wider as it goes down until the last bowl spans most of the sheet. The first and third bowls carry wavy horizontal stripes drawn by hand, while the second and fourth have straight, evenly spaced vertical stripes. Each bowl overlaps the rim of the one below, so the stripes of neighboring shapes meet and cross at the joins. The ground is a pale pink-cream with a faint paper texture.
Why you'll love it
- Pattern and warmth. Stripes add rhythm to a simple earth palette.
- Graphic up close. The alternating lines reward a longer look.
- A tall, bold silhouette. Fills a wall without extra clutter.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Hang it above a record cabinet, a sofa or a dining sideboard with walnut or teak furniture. It suits rooms with ochre, rust and cream accents. A natural or espresso frame warms it; black sharpens the stripes. It pairs well with a plain stacked half circle print in terracotta.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Are all the stripes the same? No — the first and third bowls have wavy horizontal stripes, the second and fourth have straight vertical ones.
Which color is darkest? The small top bowl, in deep rust red.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
