Parc national de New River Gorge

What's in the collection

New River Gorge National Park is in West Virginia, and one structure anchors the whole set: the long steel arch bridge leaping the gorge, drawn rust red in some prints and bold flat colour in others. Below it the forested walls drop to the river, turning autumn orange in several scenes and filling with fog in others. One print is named Canyon Rim Overlook. It sits in our wider US national parks wall art range, alongside the rest of our West Virginia wall art.

Ways to hang one park

The bridge gets a treatment in each style: a vintage WPA travel poster, a flat-colour WPA panel, a retro travel print, mid century modern wall art, a retro poster, a horizontal panorama, a classical oil painting, an impasto oil, and a watercolour of steel and mist at sunrise. Rust red, autumn orange and misty forest green repeat through the set, so two versions of the same span read as a deliberate pair. The bolder graphic cuts sit with our retro wall art, and the wall art size guide sets out the sizes.

Sizes, paper and framing

Every design is offered on archival matte paper in nine sizes from 8" x 12" to 30" x 40", plus A4-A1 for European frames, and on matte canvas either stretched on a wooden bar or set in a solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. Printed with pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
