Parc national de Katmai

What's in the collection

Katmai National Park is in Alaska, and nearly every print here is a bear print. Brooks Falls Katmai National Park Wall Art puts brown bears in the whitewater at the falls, and the rest follow the same animal: on the ledge with salmon leaping, on the shore of a glacial lake below snow peaks, below the volcano, and on an autumn shoreline. The park belongs to our US national parks wall art range, and hangs naturally with the rest of our Alaska wall art.

Ways to hang one park

A whole range of ways to keep one bear. The vintage WPA travel poster, WPA art and retro wall art versions cut the bear and the falls into bold flat colour, and the mid-century flat vector and retro poster cuts reduce Alaska to clean shape. Classical and impasto oil painting hold the ledge and the leaping salmon, watercolor wall art softens the glacial lake for a cabin or lodge, and the horizontal panorama widens the falls. The wall art size guide sets out the paper and canvas sizes.

Sizes, paper and framing

Every design is offered on archival matte paper in nine sizes from 8" x 12" to 30" x 40", plus A4-A1 for European frames, and on matte canvas either stretched on a wooden bar or set in a solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. Printed with pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
