A Wrangell–St. Elias National Park illustrated print in flat vector shapes: a faceted peak above a wide glacier tongue, with a flat ice plain running out to the foreground and two lone spruce on the ice.
About the artwork
The picture falls into three bands drawn three ways: a hard-edged peak, a glacier of pale curving ribbons and a nearly empty ice plain that gives the mountain its scale. Thick cream cloud banks sit on both sides of the summit. Wrangell–St. Elias is the largest national park in the country. The park name runs across the header in heavy capitals, with ALASKA and EST 1980 beneath.
Why you'll love it
- Empty ice, big peak. The bare foreground makes the mountain look huge.
- One grid, sixty-three parks. Every illustrated park print shares the same layout and header style, so any mix hangs as a matched set.
- Thirteen sizes. Start small at 8" x 12" or go up to 30" x 40"; A4 to A1 sizes are there too.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, color-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
A calming print for a bedroom or an office. Clay, ice blue and cream pair with white walls and pale wood; a white or natural frame keeps the ice clean.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the color, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
What size should I choose? 12" x 18" works in a gallery wall of several parks; 18" x 24" and up stands on its own, and 30" x 40" fills a large wall.
Does it come framed? Paper prints ship unframed and fit standard frames. Choose a framed canvas if you would rather skip the framing shop.
How is this different from your other Wrangell–St. Elias prints? This is the illustrated version, in flat vector shapes with the shared series header: a faceted peak above a wide glacier. The vintage travel poster, WPA, screen print, retro, mid-century, panoramic, classical oil, impasto oil, watercolor and landmark Wrangell–St. Elias prints are separate designs.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.

Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
