This Ho Chi Minh City travel wall art puts the red brick cathedral front and centre, its twin grey spires and arched facade rising from a paved square lined with palms and clipped topiary. Behind it two curved blue glass towers catch the light, setting old Saigon brickwork against the modern skyline.
About the artwork
Flat vector shapes with fine line work pick out every arched window, rose window and slender column on the facade. Warm brick red and terracotta run against cool cyan glass and a deep blue sky, with mid-green foliage, red planters and a pale grey plaza. Small figures crossing the square give the building its scale. The poster is printed with HO CHI MINH CITY in white capitals and VIETNAM beneath.
Why you'll love it
- Symmetrical and centred, so it works alone without needing a gallery wall around it.
- Brick red against cyan glass gives a strong contrast that survives low light.
- Archival paper or gallery-wrapped canvas, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- Architectural detail that rewards a closer look at the larger sizes.
Where it works at home
The symmetry makes it an easy centrepiece over a console table or a fireplace, hung on its own. The brick red warms grey and navy rooms while the glass keeps it from feeling heavy. In a home office it sits well above a desk, and a black frame keeps the lines tight.
Sizes and materials
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Thirteen sizes are available, from 8 x 12 inches up to a 30 x 40 inch statement piece, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. Every piece is made to order.
Shipping and care
Each piece is printed and finished after the order is placed, then shipped in protective packaging — paper prints rolled in a rigid tube, canvas and framed canvas boxed with corner guards. Keep the artwork out of direct sunlight and wipe framed canvas with a dry, soft cloth. Paper prints are best handled by the edges until they are framed.
Questions
Which material should I choose? Paper is the most affordable option and lets you pick your own frame. Matte canvas adds depth and needs no glass. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang and is the usual choice for a feature wall.
Will the colours match what I see on screen? Printing is colour-managed, so the artwork stays very close to the preview. Paper reads slightly softer than canvas, which holds a touch more contrast.
Is this the cathedral in Ho Chi Minh City? Yes. The artwork shows the red brick cathedral in the centre of the city, with its twin spires and the glass office towers directly behind it, not the Paris building of the same name.
