A safari nursery wall art print of a cheerful yellow giraffe in denim overalls, both arms raised, holding the string of an orange star-shaped balloon.
About the artwork
The giraffe stands to the right of center, cropped at the waist so we see its long neck, smiling face and bright pink cheek. It wears blue overalls with a front pocket and lifts both arms high, the string running from one hand up to the balloon. The star balloon floats on the upper left in warm orange with sketchy colored-pencil lines across it. Peach spots run down the giraffe's neck, and small ossicones and pink-lined ears sit on its head. The background is plain cream with generous open space.
Why you'll love it
- Pure joy. Raised arms and a big balloon feel like a celebration.
- Playful texture. Pencil lines over soft washes give it a picture-book look.
- Bright but soft. Yellow, orange and denim blue add color without glare.
- Made to order. Printed after you buy, colour-managed, never warehoused.
Sizes and materials
- Paper — archival matte, rolled and unframed. Thirteen sizes in all: 8" x 12" through 30" x 40", plus A4–A1.
- Matte canvas — stretched on a wooden bar, no glare, ready to hang. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Framed canvas — solid wood floating frame in white, black, espresso or natural. 12" x 16" to 30" x 40".
- Pigment-based archival inks, rated to resist fading for decades indoors.
Styling it at home
Put it in a playroom, a kids room or a bright nursery near a toy shelf or reading nook. A white frame keeps the cream background fresh, while natural wood warms the yellows. Hang it beside the watercolor balloon bunch in this range for a party-themed pair.
Shipping and care
Unframed prints ship rolled in a protective tube. Framed canvas arrives ready to hang. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to protect the colour, and dust canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
Questions people ask
Does the giraffe have legs in the picture? No, it is cropped at the hips, showing the overalls, arms, neck and head.
Is it suitable for any child's room? Yes. The yellow, orange and blue palette is cheerful and gender-neutral.
Print & materials
Every design is made to order on one of three materials:
- Fine art paper — thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks. The choice if you already own a frame.
- Matte canvas — gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box. No glass, no glare.
- Framed canvas in white, black, espresso or natural wood — a slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted. Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms; white and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
Sizes run from 8 x 12 inches up to large statement pieces, plus A4, A3, A2 and A1 for standard European frames. The exact sizes available for this design are listed in the Size menu above.

Materials
Three ways to print it.
Same artwork, same colour-managed printing — the material decides how it hangs and how much wall it holds.
Fine art paper
Thick archival gallery-grade paper with a smooth matte finish, printed with fade-resistant pigment inks.
- The most affordable option, and the one to pick if you already own a frame.
- Reads slightly softer than canvas.
- Ships rolled in a rigid tube.
Matte canvas
Gallery-wrapped over a solid wood stretcher, ready to hang straight out of the box.
- No glass, so no glare — good for bright rooms.
- Holds a touch more contrast than paper.
- Boxed with corner guards.
Framed canvas
A slim solid-wood floating frame with the hanging hardware already fitted, in white, black, espresso or natural wood.
- Natural and espresso suit warm, timber-heavy rooms.
- White and black sit better in minimalist and monochrome spaces.
- The usual choice for a feature wall — nothing to assemble.
